Prosper Program

The Prosper Program helps unemployed or underemployed Islanders overcome barriers to employment and connect with job opportunities in high-demand industries across Prince Edward Island. Originally launched in 2017 to support the agriculture sector, the program has since expanded to include sectors like construction, tourism, and more.
